Having been Chairman of the RICS Cornwall Local Association (2009-2018) and regularly acting as an arbitrator and expert witness, Tim is widely recognised as an authority in his field and specialises in solving complex property problems. He has taken a leading role in driving inward investment in Cornwall, working with many local and national clients including Inox at Truro’s Langarth site, where he is looking forward to seeing his brainchild, the Stadium for Cornwall, become a reality for the people of Cornwall.
