We currently have a vacancy for the position of UK Sales Office Manager.

The role will involve:

• Organising and managing all of the administrative activities that facilitate smooth and efficient running of the sales office
• Implementation of UK sales plan
• Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload
• Managing the performance of the team
• Reporting sales performance and relevant sales team activity to senior management
• Setting and reviewing staff member objectives and carrying out staff appraisals
• Liaising regularly with key customers

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• The ability to develop and implement new and innovative ideas
• The ability to work well within a team
• The ability to lead and manage effectively

Experience in the waterworks industry would be preferable, but experience in a business to business sales environment is essential. Candidates should also have experience in key account management.
